What we are looking for?
We are looking for talented Assistant HR Executive to join our HR team. An ideal candidate will have a proven (minimum 1 years) experience preferably in recruitment and HR admin.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to and assisting the HR Department in all recruitment functions
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, networking as well as employee referrals
- Support the recruitment function by screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, whenever required while ensuring efficient comments documentation
- Coordinating interviews with the relevant managers
- Advise job applicants of the success or failure of their application
- Drafting job descriptions and identifying core competencies required for the position
- Taking care of administrative tasks
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Organize and maintain personnel records
Skills
- At least 1 year of HR Generalist /People experience
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
